At the end of this initial planning session, one of these three things will happen:
1. You love the blueprint and decide to implement it on your own. If this is the case, I’ll wish you the best of luck and ask that you keep in touch with me to let me know how you’re doing.
2. You love the blueprint and ask to become a client so I can actually build the complete customized program for you with every detail, based on that very blueprint.
If that’s the case, we’ll knock it out of the park ...And that’s a promise. I’ve never had a client leave - and I’m pretty sure they’re not sticking around because of my good looks!
3. In the unlikely and unprecedented event that you feel like you wasted your time, I will send you $100 as payment immediately. No questions asked. Your time is your most valuable asset you have, and I respect that. This has literally never happened before…but if it does, I’ll immediately compensate you for wasting your time.
It really is that simple and there's no catch.
Think about this. The “worst” that can happen is you get $100 for “wasting” 45-60 minutes of your time.
The best that can happen is we work together one on one to rapidly increase your fat loss and drop your body weight several times over.

First, we get on the phone one on one and go over your fitness goals.
I take a look at where you're at right now, what you’re doing, and what you want to achieve going forward.
Once I have those details, I help you come up with a strategic plan of action to immediately increase your weight loss rapidly.
There are a number of ways I'll do this for you.
For example, I'll tell you exactly how much calories you need to be taking in, how much protein, fats, and carbs you need, how to restructure your eating schedule so you can control your appetite, how to still the eat the foods you enjoy and still lose weight consistently, and how often you should workout.
And like I said, there’s no charge for this.
First of all, I enjoy help high-achieving moms. This type of thing is what I do best, and it makes me very, very happy to see busy hard working moms achieve their fitness and health goals (and all that comes with it) as a result of the help I give them.
Second, it’s how I attract committed coaching clients who actually want fast results the most time-efficient way possible.

Assuming you’re happy and you want me to create more of these types of custom diet/workout plans for you all the time and guidance, you’ll probably want to continue working together long term because as your body transforms and your metabolism fluctuates and as you get stronger in the gym, you will need weekly adjustments to your meal plan and workout program to keep your progress consistent.

My fee is $1,800 per month and you can keep working with me until you feel like you don’t need it any more.

Because l expect you to generate 4-7 lbs of fat loss and 11-20 lbs of weight loss in only the first 2-3 weeks, this is way more weight loss than any other trainer or fitness program.
Because a standard diet and workout programs from other trainers might get you results that can take 3-6 months but I will get your better results in 1 month doing no cardio, working out less, and still being able to eat carbs without feeling guilty.

Like your meal plan, your workout plan will be 100% customized to you, your goals, and your lifestyle and needs, and will include training.
If you can only train two-three days per week, or even once a week, I can work with that. If you have physical limitations that I need to work around, that’s not a problem.

1. Your meal plan, workout program and demonstration exercise video will be laid out in an easy to use online software and food tracking app that you are required to use.
In the online software you are required to track your food daily, track your workouts (sets, reps, rest times, and leave any notes you want to share)
This easy accessible on any Internet-connected device and all changes are automatically saved and viewable by both you and myself.
You will have diet and training for every day of your program on this software so, every day, all you’ll have to do is eat the foods and do the workouts shown.
No guesswork. No confusions. No way to accidentally mess it up.
2. You will use this software to track your food intake and training.
For your workouts, you will input what you do every day in the gym (sets, reps, rest times, and any notes you want to share with me).
3. I will review your diet and training notes every day.
Here’s where the accountability comes into play.
In this daily review, I will review your compliance, progress, and notes to ensure everything is going well.
Your weekly check in will be for reviewing progress, discussing challenges, and sharing advice.
Every week you and I will discuss how you’re doing. I will help you with any questions or concerns you might have and share any recommendations or modifications make to your diet or training programs.
Your first week of coaching will also include an exercise form review.
For this you will record a series of videos of you working out using the software
So I can go over each with you and make any necessary corrections.
(A form review isn’t mandatory but I HIGHLY recommend you take advantage of it. Learning proper form is vital for maximizing results and minimizing the risk of injury.)
You’ll get unlimited priority text/email support for any and all questions.
You will have my “client-only” email address and phone number and you can message me anytime with any questions that you might have and you will get a response within 24 hours.
